Order Cancellation Policy

We provide a guaranteed opportunity for order cancellation during our confirmation call.
Cancellation Terms:
Guaranteed Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order free of charge during the mandatory confirmation call (which occurs 1 to 2 hours after order placement). You can simply inform our representative during the call that you no longer wish to receive the parcel.
Call Origin: Please note that this confirmation call will be made from a UAE phone number.
After Confirmation: Once you have verbally confirmed the order details, your order is immediately processed for shipping and cannot be canceled.
Procedure: After confirmation, if you change your mind, you must wait for the item to arrive and then follow our standard Refund Policy for returns.
